It’s over! After three weeks of some of the most boring food I’ve ever eaten, I’ve finished the eating plan that I’ve been following for the past 21 days. As you can see the results have been impressive, with me shedding 8.6kgs (19lbs or a stone and 5lbs). Went for a steak tonight and it tasted fantastic!

I’m going to keep following parts of the plan for a while, carbs in the morning, protein in the faternoon/evening and a healthly snack mid morning and afternoon.

Never going to eat another zucchini or squash in my life!
